ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

SERVICES

Affordable NYC Inc provides real estate investment consulting, housing advisory services, and related strategic services. All services are subject to written agreements where applicable.

PRICING

Pricing for services is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each project. Fees may be negotiated on a per-project basis, retainer basis, or milestone-based structure depending on the engagement.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon invoice receipt or according to the milestone schedule outlined in the service agreement. Standard terms are Net 30 days.

LATE PAYMENTS

Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is lower. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.

REFUND POLICY

Because our services involve strategic consulting and professional advisory work, refunds are not provided once services have been performed or deliverables have been issued. If a cancellation request is submitted before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or planning fees incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. If cancellation occurs before work has commenced, fees paid may be partially refundable at our discretion. If cancellation occurs after services have begun, fees for completed work and committed resources are non-refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, and materials, is the property of Affordable NYC Inc and may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Affordable NYC Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
